Our experience with the product has been excellent. The microstructure has noticeably improved, inclusion defects are significantly reduced, and machinability is much better. Additionally, removing slag has become much easier.
At MetGroup, we were extremely pleased with the service provided. The improvements were remarkable across the board. Not only did we witness a significant reduction in porosity and leakages, but we also experienced a substantial decrease in slag-related defects. Furthermore, the minimization of carbides was noticeable, contributing to better overall performance.
We've been using this product for castings, and it's been outstanding. We've seen a noticeable improvement in machinability, resulting in a 4-5% reduction in rejections. Additionally, we've observed that machinability is excellent, and shrinkage porosity has significantly decreased, especially in critical areas like the main oil gallery. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the performance of this product.
I strongly recommend this product. I have using it for the last 1 year and am delighted to tell that it has lowered my rejection by as much as 3 % overall. It is a boon in disguise to the foundry (ferrous) I wish Mr. Natarajan all the best
The use of MET Powder increased nodule count and improved microstructure and hardness. Trials conducted on esteemed calipers for M/s. Kalyani Brakes Ltd, Chakan, revealed significant reduction in rejection due to shrinkage after machining. No shrinkage reported after machining 150 calipers. Material performance is excellent, and we are placing further orders to meet requirements.
We have used your product MI Metallurgy +( samples available with us) along with barium based inoculants for few selected castings. We have observed improvement & hence we would like to get another 500 kgs for conducting few more trials
After incorporating this material, we've seen remarkable improvements in the machinability of our castings. Moreover, we've noticed that our furnace lining stays consistently clean, which has been a significant benefit. Another advantage is the increase in silicon and carbon percentages in both the material and the castings, contributing to enhanced properties. Overall, we're very pleased with the positive impact this product has had on our operations.
We've seen significant enhancements in our castings with improved Type 'A' graphite flake distribution and increased nodularity and nodule count. These improvements have positively impacted the quality and performance of our products, demonstrating the effectiveness of this material. We're pleased with the results and look forward to continued success with MetGroup.
